EasiGate app for iPhone and iPad

Use this app to
* gain access to services (e.g. a Tennis court) controlled by the EasiGate system,

* manage access to a service provided by you (e.g. a Tennis club).

The access locks have no key-pad and no keys visible to the user.
Each lock is controlled by AES encrypted messages – electronic “keys” obtained automatically by the app from a remote server. All keys are valid only for a finite period.
For example when hiring a tennis court for 1 hour, it can be convenient for the key to be valid for 1 hour also, so that the app will charge you only once for that hour even if you tap the button to open the gate more than once, or re-enter the court within the period of hire. After a key expires, it can never be used again, and the app will automatically obtain another when needed. The encryption is unique for every device.

Management includes
* defining the services provided to particular groups of users.
For example, club members might enjoy unrestricted access or discounted fees. A school group might be charged per player, instead of per court, and might pay later when the actual number of players is known.
* granting privileges such as special access rights or discounted fees
* recording credits for future use of services with minimal hassle,
* recording the use of services by each user,
recording payments by each user,
* group messaging.

To provide these capabilities, details of each site, and accounts for each user at each site are stored on a secure database. A user’s accounts at different sites are isolated and private to that site. See privacy policy.
